Journal Policy

  1. Submission Guidelines

The International Journal of Commerce, Management, Leadership, and Law (IJCMLL) accepts original research articles, review papers, case studies, and industry reports relevant to commerce, management, leadership, and law. Authors should ensure their manuscripts meet the journal’s formatting and citation standards as outlined in the Submission Guidelines. Manuscripts should not be under consideration by other publications at the time of submission to IJCMLL.

  1. Peer Review Process

IJCMLL follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and high-quality research. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the field. Reviewers provide constructive feedback to authors, and the editorial team makes the final publication decision based on reviewer recommendations and the manuscript’s academic merit.

  1. Publication Ethics

IJCMLL upholds strict ethical standards. Authors are expected to adhere to principles of originality, data integrity, and transparency in disclosures. Editors and reviewers are bound by confidentiality and ethical conduct to ensure a fair and unbiased review process. IJCMLL follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for managing ethical concerns.

  1. Plagiarism Policy

The journal has zero tolerance for plagiarism. All manuscripts are checked for originality using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism will be rejected. Authors are responsible for ensuring their work is free from plagiarism and for properly citing sources and references.

  1. Copyright Policy

Authors retain copyright of their published work but grant IJCMLL the right to publish and distribute it. Authors may choose an open-access option for their article, allowing for greater accessibility. All articles must acknowledge IJCMLL as the original source when reused or referenced.

  1. Conflict of Interest

Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their contributions. Conflicts of interest are managed to ensure unbiased handling of manuscripts.

  1. Open Access and Licensing

IJCMLL offers both subscription-based and open-access publication options. Authors choosing open access can publish under a Creative Commons license, allowing for broad dissemination and reuse with proper attribution.

  1. Corrections, Retractions, and Withdrawals

IJCMLL is committed to academic integrity and will issue corrections or retractions as needed. Authors are expected to cooperate in correcting errors or addressing ethical concerns post-publication. Retractions will be issued for articles found to contain ethical or research misconduct
